Nothing spells chaos like having a baby. Except that baby growing into a toddler. As often as we run to Google everything, here are a few ways we can optimise that frantic attempt. Some method to the madness. Not promising much but only some.
I know it has to end but I don’t know when and that makes my heart sink. Breastfeeding is not just important for the baby. It’s important for the mum too. Takes two to wean.
This widely misleading concept is thrown at a woman when she is at her most vulnerable in life. It’s most probably a lie. A well-meaning, flawed and unintentional one at that. But just that.
